Week 27/Day 188 - YRTML: Fried Egg Sambal


You all know my eternal penchant for Eggs. Today I made a malaysian dish called - Fried Egg Sambal from Nags's blog - Edible Garden. Originally my plan was to make her grandmom's recipe - Egg Lentil Omelettes in Gravy / Guddu Thattu Posinti recipe, but I didn't have grated coconut on hand, so chose to make the sambal as it is basically omelette strips dunked in tamarind-tomato-onion gravy. What not to like about it and we both licked our plates by the end. :-).
