If you are visiting Hyderabad for the first time, then there would most probably be 'A Visit to Golconda Fort & Qutub Shahi Tombs' on your must-do-list. These are a set of seven tombs where the Sultans of Golkonda (founding rulers of Hyderabad) lay buried. In their hay days, with the beautifully intricate Persian designs, these were adorned by huge chandeliers and velvet canopies on silver poles and a place for entertainment mostly for the poor.
It is amazing how they withstood the test of time and I wish, the tourism dept would take a little more care of these historic monuments.

..my prize for successfully completing the Vegan-A-Day challenge. Just today morning, as I was wondering what to click for the day, I hear a door bell ring and there it is - Krya package. I am always in for eco-friendly, sustainable, organic products and can't wait to try this. :-). I will keep you guys posted about my experience.
I am a great fan of instant dosas as they are quick & easy to make with no fermentation process.
My Recipe: Mix in some whole wheat flour, semolina, rice flour with sour buttermilk + grated ginger + salt + curry leaves.. Let it sit on the kitchen counter top for 30 mins. (meanwhile, I brush my teeth and do tiny chores). When hungry, on a hot tava pan, pour a laddle full of batter, cook on low heat (for few mins) and then crank up the heat for crispness. .Eat. :-)
