Pretty bored with what we were eating with our rotis lately, I tried a recipe from my blogger pal - Rak's Kitchen. Its called Veg Chilli Milli. Its supposed to be a recipe inspired by what they ate at the restaurant, Kailash Parbat. I made a few changes to the original recipe - used potatoes instead of cabbage along with homemade tomato puree (hence the light red color), omitted cream & used little milk instead and added a wee bit of ginger garlic paste. It tasted delicious and all four of us enjoyed it immensely. See, food blogging has its numerous benefits and inspiring from each other's recipes is one of them. :-)
