Day 7 of Healthy Weight Loss


Day 7, here is how it went -->

Breakfast: 6 soaked raw almonds, Warm water with lemon juice

Lunch: Left over Sprouted Mong Dal with a serving of Singapore Veg Noodles

Dinner: Brownrice-Avocado-Cucumber Sushi rolls, Blueberries

Snacks: Watermelon, Hummus & Veggies, Green Tea
