[Bullet Journal] Plan With Me for February 2017

Growth is painful as it moves us out of our comfort zones and throws us into unfamiliar, uncharted territories. Following my mantra for 2017 - 'Career First', I accepted a role change within the team to a new, challenging position. People around seem to think I have what it takes to pull it off and for me, I am still learning the nuances and struggling big time. February will be a busy month, I know that already and I did this little quote in my BuJo to remember, to have the belief - I CAN DO IT!

I learnt the hard way that a goal without a practical, actionable plan is of no use. Just wishing I would succeed would take no where. So, here I am with a monthly plan, divided into weekly milestones.

[Bullet Journal] Plan With Me for Year 2017 + January 2017

Bullet Journal Set Up # 1 | So many of you asked what exactly is Bullet Journalling and why did I start doing it? Personally, Bujo helped me collate all aspects of my life from various TODO lists to art pieces into one place. It feels like a charming, old-fashioned way to do things and my one-stop-shop for jotting down ideas, goals, organize thoughts or draw few random lines of art.

Now, I promised to gift myself a new Leuchtturm1917 dotted bullet journal notebook if I stick with it for a month, which I did. So, here it is - my new emerald official Bullet Journal notebook for 2017. Yipee.. .

Bullet Journal Set Up # 2 | Next is a 20 slot book shelf for the books to be read in 2017.

Bullet Journal Set Up # 3 | Here's hoping January 2017 will begin on a cheery note for everyone!

Bullet Journal Set Up # 4 | January Habit tracker is a free printable from @boho.berry and Brain dump is a page to write down the ideas that pop in my fleeting brain.

Bullet Journal Set Up # 5 | I borrowed this idea from @studywithmaggie ~ a simple and minimalistic way to track the things I want to cook from YT and recorded shows in my DVR.

Bullet Journal Set Up # 6 | "Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity...it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow." ~ Melody Beattie .

Bullet Journal Set Up # 7 | A page to note down all the meals I prepare during the month of January. This list will act like a quick reference when I tend to go blank and at loss of recipe ideas.

Bullet Journal Set Up # 8 | This is a coloring page in my Bujo. A set of coloring pencils are always in my backpack and a few minutes of coloring gives a breath of fresh air to my hour long commute to work. I will share the finished page once done. :-)

Bullet Journal Set Up # 9 | And here is my Weekly spread for the first week of January.

Bullet Journal Set Up # 10 | Finally, here is my minimalist single page weekly spread for a hectic, second week of January.
